I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were somewhat simpler than the main areas, the hotel had many luxury sofas and a good restaurant with an outside corridor view. However, the service was not friendly at all, with staff leaving off several items from the menu, and there was a lack of empowerment to resolve issues as the staff was alone in the hotel. On the positive side, the location was wonderful, just a 7-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore. Despite these ups and downs, the dining experience was fabulous with attentive staff. The facilities were adequate, but there were some issues with the overall service.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lacking some essentials but had a lovely private balcony with a splendid view of the mountains and snowcapped Nevado de Cachi. The main areas were more elaborate compared to the rooms.
